So far Uganda we have very many service providers which includes Star times,Zuku Tv,Azam Tv,Kwese,We all want to have great services especially when it comes to our paid cable Tvs and nothing is more annoying than Buying a Decoder which won't suit up your satisfaction.I've Tested many decoders and have many downsides on each so with this free buying guide you'll be able to know which is the best and why you should buy it.

If your someone for that is looking for quality and strong connections you should think of dstv as your number one .Dstv can even try to hold on even in hash weather conditions like Strong winds and heavy rains.Its tough to make you believe even though their signals tend to be disrupted too but trust me,if you own Zuku,Star times or Azam you can testify,Can you view anything when even the weather is not calm like when it is windy?!!
That makes Dstv be a step a head than any satellite provider you know in Uganda.Besides,that no body can beat the sports and entertainment Dstv offers.If your some one who loves movies like me you'll be fired up by many series and movies from Mnet-Action,Mnet-zone,Mnet series etc and if your lady and you love movies,Tv shows and series too,Their is plenty of entertainment for you on Telemundo & Zee world.For my sports Bros,of course supersport channels are always their for our favorite sport which is of course football,my concern is that they don't broadcast home games,like the Uganda premier league but if you our a fun of Barclays premier league,Bundesliga,Italian series A,La Liga and French league one just trust me you'll never miss a game.
Of course the price of such quality content is high with their first subscription starting at Dstv access for Ugx 3,3000 where you get 121+ Channels and their highest being Dstv premium Ugx 280,000 where you get over 179 channels but trust me when you compare price to quality ratio,you can't even complain about their prices.
- STAR-TIMES
When it comes to Star Times,I would say kudos to it for being the official sponsor of the Uganda premiere league cause now I can't miss seeing my favorite home team KCCA when it is playing.Their are some signal interruptions when the weather is not clear but most importantly their services are cheaper too compared to Dstv.Their starting bouquet Nova is at Ugx 1,2000 where you have over 45 channels and their last super bouquet is at Ugx 5,4000 where you get over 106 channels.
In terms of affordability to quality ratio.This one should not be a bad idea for you plus they also have some amazing sports channels to show Bundesliga and Barclays premiere league.They have some amazing movie channels too to keep you entertained too.
- AZAM
Azam is so affordable too and it is also best priced for those who are on a budget.They also have some great entertainment channels and some sports channels where they show you some cups like Carabao cup(I'm not so sure which). For their first package Azam pure starting at only Ugx 10,000 which is a fair price especially if your going to get over 50 channels and their last subscription the Azam play being at Ugx 3,7000 where you get over 150 channels and when you take a close look,the price of the first bouquet for Dstv is some how closer to that of Azam.
- ZUKU
It has been their for years but with good pricing also,it has its funs also with some bit of entertainment and sports plus local channels like Nbs,Ntv Uganda,Bukedde etc.if your someone who just wants to enjoy local content from local tvs,this should work out for you though the downside it doubles down the channels.Prices start at Ugx 10,500 for 41+ channels and the last bouquet is at Ugx 33,500 which is Zuku premium and you get to enjoy over 91 channels probably comparing it Azam..
Azam is a winner when it comes to pricing and channels offered.

- This is new but it also great and affordable those on tighter budgets.it is known for Broadcasting sports and having lots of entertainment channels.Cool if your someone who doesn't spend a lot of time on tv but love sports like me,you can pay to view tv on match day.you can pay daily,weekly and mothly.most league cups which are not available on Dstv,Startimes and Zuku.Ofcourse this is this the right place to catch all your games.Pricing include:

Of course this could be very great decor der for those who earn money from showing Football but if you can afford it personally you can buy it too.
Other untouched are digital terrestrial transmission players like Gotv,besides that it is a product of multi choice just like you see Dstv.it is the cheaper version of Dstv for those on tighter budget.it uses an antenna and it's pricing starts at Ugx 9,500 to watch over 18 channels and the Gotv max being at Ugx 49,000 where you get to watch over 54 channels.
