The President of Uganda Kaguta Museveni has promoted Lutenant General Muhoozi Kainerugaba to the rank of General and replaced him with Major Gen Kayanja Muhanga to the rank of Lutenant General who was also appointed as the new Commander Land Forces.

Lt Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba was relieved off the duties of Commander Land Forces and replaced by promoted Lt.Gen kayanja Muhanga but his tweet mocking Kenyans that it can take Uganda 2 days to siege Nairobi left a lot of questions and mixed reactions from political figures of the country.
