Recently I visited a friend who has a gaming station and a gaming store selling Video games,Gaming Pc's and gaming consoles in Kampala(Uganda),we had really a good long conversation about the gaming industry in Uganda and Africa in General. We talked a lot but I can never forget what he said about the Nintendo switch which is probably the Nintendo's newest gaming console, this was his statement "People hate Nintendo because of its Bad graphics".
I reminded him the good old days we had with the Nintendo entertainment system playing games like Contra,Elevetor,Super Mario,Rush N' Attack,Kung Fu etc but he insisted saying that kids of now days don't care that they just love Sony's PS4 and Xbox one probably any PlayStation and Xbox console lineups.I get their point cause those companies Sony and Microsoft branded themselves very well but when they say Nintendo graphics is poor I don't get their points.
Speaking of Nintendo switch, honesty speaking I've never owned a Nintendo switch before but atleast I've got some great time with it playing some of its amazing titles like Breath of the wild,Xenoblade Chronicles 2,super Mario Odyssey and they all look great with good graphics for a such a portable device.

I know it doesnt meet the par for Microsoft's Xbox one and Sony's PlayStation but trust me it's graphics is ok considering that the console is also portable, just imagine this if they could give Nintendo switch PS4 graphics.I can assure you this the machine would be so hot as hell. However powerful the Xbox one and Play station 4 are!! They still get kinda of hot.Now imagine that in your hands. This has also reminded the times I could game on my Samsung S3,After 3 hrs of gameplay the phone could get so hot to an extent I would have to cool it with a wet close.
The truth is that Nintendo's graphics or games aren't bad, they are just good enough for a portable device and any change to increase graphics according to its Form Factor can lead to excess heat and poor battery life.Anyways you can share your thoughts in the comments and don't forget to subscribe to my blog for newsletter notifications.Check out my YouTube link below. Thanks a lot
