Uganda interested in the Pakistan’s Hamza 6x6 combat Vehicles

As Uganda is preparing to deploy its troops for the peace mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo as part of the East African Community Regional Force. According to Pakistani sources, Uganda, Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates are interested in the protected Hamza 6x6 car, but the matter has not yet come to contracts.

The vehicle is known under the name "Hamza" and was officially presented at the International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) back in 2016 and the company behind it Blitzkrieg Defense Solutions calls it a multi-role combat vehicle (MCV).

It features a level of protection against mines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).While featuring an upper superstructure like a conventional truck or MRAP with front-mounted engine, the shape of the rest of the hull is very similar to a 8x8 APC such as the PARS from FNSS. The superstructure however means that the internal layout is nearly identical to a large MRAP: instead of the driver sitting next to the engine in a small niche, the crew and all passengers are located in a single large compartment.
