A primary seven pupil died accidentally after falling in the pit latrine cavity which was not yet finished and collapsed which he went within process of trying to ease himself. 
After a while, this couldn't be expected as the parents found their child dead in a pit after a tuff looking and checking everywhere around the home.
Emmanuel who was a primary seven pupil at Industrial View Primary School aged 16 years old in Tororo committed death after he unintentionally fell into the latrine pit and suddenly he couldn't survive according to how deep was a pit. Emmanuel was a bright student in a class as all hope was in him as PLE remaining few months to start but he couldn't reach expectations.
The village team joined power and managed to secure the deceased from the pit before the police came in for investigation and help.

It took around 2hours to get Emmanuel from the pit and after all, he was taken to Tororo General Hospital where on the way he breathed his last air on earth.
This happened when Emmanuel went to ease himself and the pit latrine collapsed in return it went with him down I mean it broke down where he also followed leading to his death.
This left the people in fear of another incident happening because pit latrines are the most affordable in their place.
This goes to the government as of now people are crying over the crisis and hence in need of help from the board of government to overcome this problem of pit latrines in Tororo municipality.
