Two village mates identified as Edith Tusingwire, 51 and Gloria Akesiga, 32 are currently held by Police in Kisoro over allegations of having tortured a 14 years old teenage boy identified as Izidoro Tumanye to death accusing him of stealing a mobile phone and clothes.

Police in Kisoro report The incident to have taken place on Friday, 13th May 2022 at around 4:00 PM where the two ladies assaulted and tortured the boy which led to him being unconscious and later died in a heath facility.
It is said that after that, they took him and dumped him on the doorway of his master’s house (Reuben Tumusiime) who after finding him there took him at Rubuguri health center IV where he died shortly after arrival.
The deceased has been a herd boy for Reuben Tumusiime and has been suspected by his alleged attackers to have stolen a phone and clothes belonging to one of their workers identified as Ronald.
