Acting Governor of Kherson region Vladimir Saldo Confirms Death of Deputy Kirill Stremousov.
The Governor of Kherson Oblast reports that his deputy Kirill Stremousov has died in an automobile accident in Genichesk where the administrative capital of Kherson Oblast has been temporarily relocated.

"He worked with his word and the ability to speak. He has been on the front line... He visited both the territory of the region and Kherson itself.
"And wherever he appeared, he spoke purely and sincerely about what was happening," Saldo added.
Here is his final video posted on his channel, in which he reports that, as of the morning of November 9, 2022, all Ukrainian attacks in the direction of Kherson have been repulsed.
