Uganda passes strict Anti-Gay Bill that imposes Death Penalty If found Guilty

Uganda’s President says West"wasting time" with gay rights push

Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni has accused Western countries of imposing gay rights on African nations, as lawmakers in the country prepare to vote on an anti-LGBT bill.

The bill, introduced earlier this month, proposes tougher penalties for same-sex relations in a country where homosexuality is already illegal. In an address to parliament on Thursday, President Museveni said Western threats of sanctions on African countries opposed to homosexuality were hypocritical because the West also has some "weird cultures". "Western countries should stop wasting the time of humanity by trying to impose their practices on other people," Museveni said.

Uganda's parliament on Tuesday passed a law that criminalises identifying as LGBT.

More than 30 African countries, including Uganda, have already banned same-sex relations. The new law appears to be the first to outlaw merely identifying as LGBT, according to Human Rights Watch.

Violations under the law draw steep penalties including death for aggravated homosexuality and life in prison for gay sex. Aggravated homosexuality involves gay sex with people under 18 years old or when the perpetrator is HIV positive, among other categories, according to the law.

The dangerous Rise of Gays and lesbians who are Rejected by Society in Uganda.

Economic Depression in Uganda resulted in a lot which may include an increase in consumer spending and investment droppings, Unemployment and Homeliness. But that’s not worse cause this led to also the rise of a certain group of woke people who believe that just like women love certain men, men can also love Men and vice versa. What a discovery...!!

Anyway, most men in Uganda don’t believe in gender equity at all and also believe that there are only 6 gender pronouns he/him/his or she/her/hers.

One man we conducted an interview with who liked to stay anonymous told us that “men loving men..that's so disgusting right: Every Insanity the west pushes  'The poor people in Africa have to obey'.  Isn't it that right said How can you fall for a fellow, male when we have beautiful women with big boobs and nice curves ?”.In his statement, he was like meaning that society will always criticize men.

We talked to a lot of men but most of them pointed the blame to the west saying that this has destroyed marriages, promoted paedophilia and many men fear now going to bars and getting drunk in fear of being drugged and getting raped by their fellow gender stating that it's hard to be with such Men when you know them

Transwomen in Uganda are rejected by 99% of Ugandan Men.

For those who don't know a transwoman is a person who was registered as male at birth but now lives and identifies as a woman. Uganda's hostility towards homosexuality is well known, Gay and lesbian sex is punishable by life imprisonment, and LGBTI people often face discrimination, threats and harassment. Many Transwomen or LGBTI people are already so vulnerable in the countrye facing rampant homophobia home should be the safest place but most transwoman we've talked to say that they face a lot provocations from Boda Boda men and men in Bars mocking them. All the groups of men we talked to said that they can't even be near a transgender and they feel uncomfortable even being near them. Most believe that these transgenders are abominations to their families and they pitty their families for giving birth to these often called ‘faggots’.
