Kayunga Resident District Commissioner has kicked the bucket after unknown disease caught him which couldn't let him survive death. Before his death Nsereko was a former spokesperson of Uganda Muslim Supreme Council .
It's remembered that, Nsereko was a hardworking leader, good in planning and giving development ideas, if am to say, the country has for real lost the unreplaced leader like Nsereko in a short time he has served as Resident district commissioner Kayunga district.
''In appearance to the one week RDC retreat which started on 25th and ended on 31st July, Nsereko's life was okay, but now he is nolonger no more as he breathed his last'' Lukka Kagenyi RDC Manafwa said.
He will be remembered in history as a face and voice of Uganda Muslim supreme council. Nsereko left Uganda Muslim supreme council in 2020 after his agreement signed got expired.
Nsereko was lastly seen on previous idd celebration at Nakivubo blue primary school.
Disease that killed Nsereko has not yet confirmed as his body is still in hospital.
