The King her self was so blamed by her fans upon having them spend much investing in watching her perform but only for her to turn them down by not performing because she stayed in her hotel room without getting out.
Although it was rumored that she refused to perform due to a low turn up, the organiser, revealed to press that he booked Cindy for three shows and deposited some money on her accounts and when they reached in Dubai, Cindy wanted to step on stage after getting all her balance and he was stopped from negotiating with her by her husband.

The organiser claims to have been left in debts of 25m from Cindy’s disappointment due to disappointment fans who left the place without paying and drank lots of drinks.
Cindy, after landing home safe, she addressed her fans about the missed performance blaming on the organization that failed to get the terms and conditions well fulfilled.
“My sincere apologies go out to the fans in Dubai. Music is a business for me so if there’s no business there’s no music. When you work with people who keep ignoring the terms and conditions you have no choice than to stand your ground and let them decide. By the grace of God I and my team are back home safe” She posted.
