Since Tiktok made its breakthrough in Uganda, many people rose with their creative content creation skills and for Dr Cephol aka “Tiktokers gather” chose to use a certain percentage of his life abusing people especially Ugandan Celebrities.
He almost abused every celebrity including Bruno K who posted a video of him at a police station kneeling down in front of Ugandan presidential advisor - Full Figure who is said to have allegedly filed his case to be arrested because of over abusing people including her.

In a noisy video taken some voice identified as Full Figure’s is heard narrating how toxic Cephor’s words have been.
“This one know where I born, I stink, my baby stink, I am not sweet, I am stupid…” she narrates and many more.
Dr Cephor who claims that his accounts have been hacked, he had recently opened a new one.
