Social Media blogger Ibrahim Tusuubira alias
Isma Olaxess and fellow accused Kawalya Ssemulondo Isaac aka Kayz, Wako and
Marko today are set to appear in court for bail application.
These three are facing
charges of deformation and offensive communication in a case filed against them
by singer Os Suna. He's accusing them of insulting him on a morning television
show called morning express that's aired on a local TV, Sanyuka where he was
deformed for being possessed by evil spirits and officially declared broke.
Isma went missing and was labeled wanted by Os since he had got a police warrant to arrest him. He made a video on his Facebook page appreciating his fans and promised to give out 1 Million Ugandan shillings to whoever reports to him where Isma aka Jajja Iculi.
Appeared before Buganda
Road Court today with his lawyer, Mohammed Nsereko, Isma Olaxes was granted 11 million non cash bail by Buganda road magistrate according to galaxy FM radio.
