Problems Ugandans face while Shopping online.Why some don't even bother shopping

Online shopping has grown so fast and trust me if your being left out behind better jump on train before your left behind.I'm a kinda of person who loves Gaming and Tech a lot so I always shop online from many Retailers like Amazon,EBay,Wish,Aliexpress etc(Abroad) and so far the local online shops I've tested are Jumia,Bazebo,kikku,Olx,Jiji etc.So trust me when I say I've faced many problems shopping online,Besides that I've also dag dipper and went over to ask my friends the problems they face shopping online so this is what I found out and am gonna be so open cause some of these problems are with in the companies themselves.

PROBLEMS FACED BY UGANDANS SHOPPING ONLINE.

1. Buying Fake products:I would not blame any company for this because most people don't read descriptions and they really don't know what they look for in a product.Let's say someone wants to buy a Shirt or a jacket ,I'm pretty sure 70% of the don't read the description and really don't know or  care about the materials they are looking for so they end up buying silky and shinny cheap fabricated clothes.
   
2. Companies Selling fake products:We all know the consequences of cheap stuff,bad quality and their durability is not for so long,Recently my friend bought an Electronic sewing Machine from Jumia and trust me it never lasted for 2 weeks before taking it to the mechanic.So what I think that can be done to solve this is if those companies setup a standard just like you see Amazon,EBay,Walmart etc so that they save us from Fake products.That way I won't be able to shop from Amazon,Alibaba or  EBay for original products.
3. Online shops Hike Prices: I say this with respect please stop pushing the Prices to the Verge and this is Common with Jumia.Take it from me Jumia hikes its prices a lot,I'm being Honest however much I earn from their Affiliate program.Lets say you want to buy a PS4 Slim 500Gb console from Jumia it's now at UGX 1,650,600.But if I'm gonna get it from Amazon it's gonna cost me only UGX 1,550,400 and if I do my math right that's an extra UGX 100,200.So which one will you buy?!!The Hiked one or save your self some money for next product to shop.

Scammers:Well if you think they're  not scammers well their so many internet predators ready to suck your money in fresh.This is common on social media like those people who sell products on Facebook pages,WhatsApp,Twitter,Instagram etc.I don't say most of them are fake but just watch out,Check for comments on their pages,Reviews and Ratings you'll thank me later.

Expecting to recieve a product and you receive a different item:I think this again comes with people not reading the

Description of the product and also not knowing what they are buying that's why they end up receiving fake products like buying a Hype beasty shoe like A Nike instead you end up getting a A Mike.its better to make research on the product before buying it

Shipping:I really love the way things are packaged but if I order for a product on Jumia,Why does it Take more than week to reach its destination and you confuse us that the goods are from abroad that we should wait alittle longer.You think we don't know how to read!Most products come from Uganda I don't know why you would take long to ship my product.

Not Advertising Enough:I won't say it's poor advertising cause I know your doing your part by advertising on YouTube,Facebook,twitter,instagram and Tvs but my issue is as I've written this Most people don't even know Jumia in Mityana where I was caught up by the lock down.I think it's better you go to the ground and see for your self if you think am lying.
