Officially, Zelensky has not left the country since the conflict started in Feb. CNN cited “two sources familiar with the planning underway” - depending on security concerns.

At the meeting between Biden and Zelensky, it is planned to discuss the strategic situation on the battlefield, sanctions and Western assistance to Ukraine.
Also, Washington announced a new $2 billion assistance package to Ukraine, which will include a Patriot air defense battery.
The White House called the visit a "signal to Putin" that Washington will support Kiev for as long as it takes.
At the same time, the White House states that the United States is not looking for a direct confrontation with Moscow and will not send its forces to Ukraine.
