According to Deputy Minister Mir Volmer, consideration of the issue of expelling the Russian Federation from the organization and the UN Security Council in particular, “would be possible if a very large number of states thought, like Ukraine, that Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union received this the status is somehow outside the procedure, illegal, and this should be reconsidered somehow.”
