DR Congo’s President Tshisekedi starts preparing for war against Rwanda which has expansionist goals and according to him all Diplomatic ways with Rwanda have been exhausted and failed.
Since June, Congolese people have been protesting across its Border with Rwanda asking Rwanda and Ugandan people to leave their country as it is allegedly reported that Rwanda and Uganda are behind the M23 armed rebels that are currently attacking Congo.
