Queen Elizabeth was feeding a group of Africans by throwing food on the ground for them to pick.
The Video you see above has been shared by many people across social media showing the distressing images that look like were taken earlier showing 2 ladies dressed in white feeding chickens or doves. Quite clearly it is an act of charity on the part of the women, its methods hallowed by custom. Equally clearly, it is degrading to those to whom the charity is offered, although I am sure these boys had other matters on their minds: stern necessity. Even so, it must have rankled, if not then and there, then later.

We've got to find out that actually, the video making rounds on social is from a Film called Enfant Annamites by Gabriel Veyre and the people you see being fed like chickens are actually not black people. The boys you see in the video with monk hair cuts are from Vietnam and that can be confirmed with the higher resolution video below.
Also the picture below pooves everything so don't believe everything you see on the internet because a minor filter on the video has sparked a trend on Twitter alleging the people being fed were from Ghana
