Transgender Dr. Kizza Byesigye's first Son Anslem Besigye begins to grow female Boobs to attract men.

Ugandans' reaction to Anselm Besigye, a son of Winnie Byanyima and Dr. Kizza Byesigye has been funny and has left many homophobic Ugandans pissed across social media especially on Twitter for the past years. Now the Father and mother are known for being cool parents letting their child rock cool dread rocks and taking their son to America to have better quality education where he graduated from Harvard University with a major in Anthropology back in 2021.

Now Anslem Besigye used to be a straight man in terms of dressing and the expected soon to be the first son started losing it after staying in the US for a long time.

This year in January while in Nairobi for a Vacation there were allegations that Anslem introduced his girlfriend to both his father and mother and the new pics just crash all the rumors about this since the son may have turned out to be non-binary due to the pictures he usually posts online now days hanging out with girls most and also carrying himself like a girl in terms of photo poses and dressing code.
