Uganda Police spokesperson Luke Owesigyire has confirmed the arrest of NUP 's Kassanda South member of parliament Honourable Kabuye Frank who has been linked to the death of a Uganda Christian University student who lives in Kikoni and was identified as Oakland Bentungura Bewatte whose throat got cut during an attack in yesterday's Final Guild Presidential Rallies at Makerere University. It is believed that the victim was attacked during an NUP-FDC camp scuffle around Rugby grounds and the Police say that it got intel that NUP's Frank Kabuye was leading a group of students who were violent leading to the death of Batungura Bewatte.
