UPDATE! Tulsa, Oklahoma: "We now have 5 dead, including the shooter, in the active shooter situation at the Natalie Building on the St. Francis Hospital Campus." Tulsa Police Department Said.
St. Francis Health System has locked down its campus Wednesday afternoon because of the situation at the Natalie Medical Building. The Natalie building houses an outpatient surgery center and a breast health center.
