Jan 6 Committee Dissect Trump’s Pressure On Pence To Reject Election
Thursday’s session of the Jan 6 committee is set to delve into Donald Trump’s plan to pressure VP Mike Pence into rejecting the electoral count after the panel claimed “the illegality of the plan was obvious”.

Pence’s counsel Greg Jacob and retired federal judge Michael Luttig will testify, as well as new evidence about the danger Pence apparently faced on Jan 6 itself and how Trump’s pressure “directly contributed” towards the riots.
The plan hatched by professor John Eastman to order the states Trump was disputing to send alternative slates of electors to force Pence to reject them will be scrutinized.
