Recently Robert Habeck who is Germany's minister of Economic Affairs and climate action held a meeting in Berlin asking fellow Germans to reduce Gas consumption, this was an emergency plan to consume gas since it had disputes to pay Russia in rubles for more deliveries. Poland also outlined its steps to unhook itself from Russian Fuel too calling it "dirty and smelly Russian Gas".

However, Poland has been continuing to Pump Russian Gas through Germany Via a Virtual Reverse which currently made it one of the leaders in the Occupancy of Gas storage facilities in the EU. Yesterday Gazprom who is Russia's Giant halted pipeline deliveries to Poland and eastern Germany.
Gazprom holds a stake of almost 49% in Polish section of the pipeline and it delivers around 33 billion Cubic meters per annum to Poland and German
