WATCH: Fire visible after large explosion in rebel-held Luhansk in eastern Ukraine, possibly linked to gas pipeline in the area
Russian state media is reporting that there was an explosion to a gas pipeline in Luhansk, Ukraine. Earlier, Denis Pushilin ('DPR' head) claimed on state TV that Ukrainians were "taught by Western instructors" how to attack/destroy infrastructure objects
