Well, maybe you will have to excuse the fact that the notes still hold the late Governor of bank of uganda Emmanuel Muteebile’s signature; which is totally fine because all bank notes with Mutebile’s signature are still legal tender. But hey, do you thing that Ruger deserve 100.000 UGX to just look at him perform?

Some netizens base on the fact that he is kinda a ‘two hits wonder’ and those are “Bounce” and “Dior” which have some of them say that they can’t waste a penny on him but would rather go for a good pair of jeans or whatever else but not a one-eye patched fella who will not even bother show them his second eye.
However some other ‘positive’ minded people who deep down enjoyed “bad man lookin’ good in Dior” are so game to pay 100.000 UGX just to go and see him perform alongside our very own Azawi.
Ruger and Azawi will be performing at Dungu resort Kampala in a “WE ARE OUTSIDE” edition on 12th February 2022.
