If your using fibre and lyca mobile i guess for you at the moment your not experiencing any problem everything still functions very well but the problem is people who are using other carrier networks even if they have OTT they can't download anything.

How to access the play store using an Android device

To access play store you will need to have a VPN connection and if you've already installed VPN all you have to do is to connect to it and you'll be able to download anything you want from the play store but if you haven't yet installed VPN all you'll need to do is to trust third party websites to help you with the app but not all third-party websites are good, some of them are full hackers and others will spy on you.

How to access App store while it is turned off on iPhone

Again for iPhone users still you'll need t download VPN but the problem with iPhones you can only download apps from the app stores unless you have a jailbroken one but if you don't have a jailbroken iPhone or iPad don't worry you can still download apps but using your pc and you'll need to do is to download 3UTOOLS on your PC and then also download VPN on your pc

• After they finish downloading install them and open VPN first and connect to it.
• After a connection is made then open 3utools
• Then plug your USB cable to your iPhone or iPad and then connect your pc
• Accept 3uTools to access information from your phone
• Then head over to the apps section and search for any VPN you want to install
• Bind your apple id with the computer by entering your login info

The download will start and after installing to your apple device will begin automatically, when installing is done open the VPN and connect to it. Youll be good to go and thank me later
